Law of Attraction

You have possibly heard of the Law of Attraction,  I will not sit here and try to explain it in depth or act like I know everything there is to know about it.  But I do believe if you focus on positive things in your life then positive things will happen.  I hear so many people talk about Murphy's Law and see my friends post about it almost daily.  I know in my past I was always so worried about how bad things were and how much worse things would get.  I was allowing negativity in my life.  In a sense inviting Murphy's Law to manifest.  Over the recent years I've been refocusing my thought because I know life can get better if I work for it and if I allow it to.  If you have never heard of the Law of Attraction it's some interesting stuff that in your spare time would be something worth reading about.  If anything life just feels better focusing on positive things and inviting them into your life instead of allowing negativity to take hold.  I say all this because someone emailed me this picture today, actually it was kind of almost divine intervention because I was super tired and feeling quite pessimistic about something and they didn't even have a clue, so when I saw it I had to stop and refocus myself.  I've lived through some crazy bad stuff in my life, but I've made it through it.  Grown from it, learned from it.  Life is good and always getting better!  I believe the Law of Attraction is much more powerful than Murphy's Law, if you focus on negativity you attract negativity, however if you focus on the positive then you will attract positivity... it sounds simple right?  So why not try!  Just thinking and wishing for something doesn't mean stuff will happen if you do not take steps to make it happen, there is no Fairy God Mother out there granting our wishes.  It would be nice, however a good start to changing your life is to stop being negative and start being positive.

I see this little quote here and there throughout my daily life and it's a good point to focus on... "If anything can go well it will."

Much Love!

  1. I feel the same way. When I lived downtown, alone I used to run to the store or do other short errands and just leave my door unlocked. Everyone thought I was crazy for doing that. Telling me over and over that I was going to get robbed or worse. I just keep telling people that if you live your life in fear of bad things happening to you then you WILL draw those things to you. Only one time in the over 10 years I lived in midtown Sacramento did I get robbed and it wasn't even my stuff that got stolen. Someone came into our apartment in the middle of the afternoon and stole cd's, movies, money, prescription drugs, and ATM card etc. from my roommate. Not a single thing of mine was stolen and my camera was sitting on the coffee table in plain view.
